Amen.  Great reminder you posted. My daughter, former military and son in law, active military arranged for the wife and I to meet for weekend getaway while they were on leave this weekend. She contacted a resort a few weeks ago to make reservations. When she inquired if they offered a military discount, the clerk replied, "Not on Memorial Day!"  |

I have a cousin and a guy I went to school with that I'd like to sit down with have a beer and shoot the crap with them. NOT gonna happen. They have both fallen in Vietnam for our Country.
