So my youngest daughter in playing in a soccer tournament in West Chester,Pa this weekend, staying over night with my wife. She had an 11am game today so I decided to ride out again (I rode out yesterday too) and left about 8:30 this morning. To get to the interstate I need to take some back roads.

So I'm in a series of esses and some assh@!e in a H2 Hummer coming the opposite way crossed over halfway into my lane. Lucky for me I saw it in enough time to right up the bike and get to the outside lane of the esses. After my rage went away I got the shakes and pulled in some guys driveway and parked the bike for a few minutes. I was pissed, I was shaking like a leaf and that made me even more pissed.

Needless to say I got back on my horse and continued on my way the was zero traffic on the interstate so I was able to open the 'ole girl up and and put lots of miles behind me very quickly.

The girls won their match and I came home, the next game was scheduled for 3pm so I decided to boogie home.

Ride safe all

Everyone that's been riding long enough has one of those notches on their belt.  Good that you took evasive action and avoided the big one.
Take care and keep those eyes swiveling; it's our #1 defense. tickedoff

Understand you getting pissed,it's happen to me several times. Since I don't ride anymore I'm usually in my f150 and two nights ago I had the same thing. Some brain dead idiot almost got real dead while across the line on a blind curve. I missed him by inches. He was in a small cracker box car. I'm thinking I would like a BIG bumper guard on the front instead of just a brush guard. People are a--holes.

I notice a DISTINCT lack of lane control on a lot of the oncoming vehicles in the twisties around here in the Ozarks AND NOT always cages. Also the lack of lane control on divided and non divided 4 lane. When you go K S U keep in mind they ARE out to git us!  Lips Sealed Glad yer okey dokey.  cooldude Situational awareness WILL keep you alive.  cooldude Complacency on the other hand has the opposite effect!  Cry ALWAYS expect the unexpected. Also try to figure WHAT is the most stupid assed thing the other driver can do-I'm rarely disappointed on the stupid!  uglystupid2 RIDE SAFE.
