That is bad news brother.

Bad dream maybe, but enough physical symptoms to maybe see a Dr.  (ie, maybe physical driving the mental and not the other way round)

I don't pretend to understand dreams, but it is pretty clear that disturbing dreams are the way we work out our waking problems/issues/stressors.

Since retirement, I have no dreams I am aware of (I kind of miss those dreams I had at 15.... I probably had more testosterone back then).

Sounds disturbing.   Sad

I have no wisdom here, but last summer when I came out of my three week coma they put me in for my surgery, I had THE most vivid hallucinations (or maybe they were just dreams...I dunno).

Some where terrifying.  Some where pretty damn funny....at least my wife thought so because she heard most of them.

I don't really remember too many of them 'cause I was pretty much out of it, but a couple of the terrifying ones still stay with me.  To me, they were VERY real (even the funny ones)...at least at the time the were.  I thought dead people where coming for me....and I could actually feel them tugging and pulling on my leg.

After it was all over and I finally got to come home, I thought about all of those hallucinations I had.  The conclusion I came up with was that my brain was trying to make some sort of sense of what had happened to me, where I was, the trauma I had been though and the process of trying to come out of all of that.

I don't know what you're dealing with, but perhaps your sleeping brain is trying to make some sort of sense out of something troubling you.

I can't sing, I ain't pretty and my legs are thin
But don't ask me what I think of you
I might not give the answer that you want me to

Dreams are what usually the mind (subconscious) will choose to tell us when the guards are all down.  Sometimes we're talking about completely irrational fears and now and then we're talking about true insight that we've chosen to brush under the carpet.

Then again, it could just be a particular meal containing some food that sent us into the fog.   Wink

Take a good look at what you're being told.  Unravel it to see if there really is a legitimate message there.  If not just chalk it up to the wrong snack at the wrong time and get on with life.   Smiley

I usually figure this stuff out within mere seconds of it being too late for the information to do me any good... Smiley
