BRP on the way to breakfast

Breakfast at the Pisgah Inn. Not as good as previous years.

View from the back deck of the restaurant

After breakfast north and downhill on Hwy 276. All roads were dry all weekend. Very low humidity meant no morning surface moisture

These photos are representative of most of the roads ridden over the weekend.

Video of NC Hwy 63 riding west to east.

Great post Paul!

Names, scenery, and good times.  Makes me want to drive my Miata down there.

i squared off a few corners today, but not many up here in the flatlands.

Some of the roads that run diagonally between Hwy 107 and Hwy 64 in the Cashiers, Franklin, Slyva triangle are singposed 10mph AND THEY MEAN IT.

First gear and some bicycle steering needed.

I recently took a bus load of high school seniors to the Chatooga River in NW South Carolina for a white water rafting trip. None of them knew of the movie Deliverance nor that is was filmed on the river they were about to navigate.
