It would have a place to enter the refill interval for your vehicle, then suggest points to stop for gas. Or at least let you place a marker ever so many miles on the map.

I thought Microsoft once had a trip planning software that had the MPG city/highway and the capacity of the fuel tank entry to take care of that function. But they dropped it for Bing Maps and I don
t see that capability in it, Google, MapQuest or any other planner, even the Honda planner.

Mapquest has the ability to add a vehicle and MPG of that vehicle. Based on that it will give you the trip costs. Afraid you still have to figure out when you need to stop for gas though.......
