Why would anyone shave a cow like that?

I can relate to Brother G-Man's going Nutso.  Man, 4 days until blastoff.  The wait is killing me.  Been washing and rubbing on Traveller getting her ready.

Went to Wallyworld with the child bride and slipped over a few aisles while she was looking at some clothes and picked up a soft cooler for the rear seat - since it is supposed to be clear and a high of almost 95 Saturday when I head out - that way, I can ice down some gatoraid/water for the ride - and even throw a sandwich in to minimize stops the first day - can just woof it down at a gas stop.

Since google maps shows almost 24 hours of saddle time each way, I loaded up the iPod Nano for the last two nights.  Lets see.... 2,629 songs - 222 albums.... yep, that should give me something to listen to during the ride.  Cheesy Grin Cheesy

Got the GoPro mounted and fixed a wiring issue I found on the test ride today.  (Told Mama that I had changed tire air pressure and wanted to take a little ride to check them out.  Ok, she says.  Well, 3/4 of a tank later, I rolled back in.....TIRES ARE OK BABY!)  Also, found out I had to add a bungee on the cooler - since it would shift off the side during a hard lean - got that taken care of out of the 20 or so bungee's hanging in the garage.  Grin

So, Traveller and I are ready to go.....

And Saturday is time to blast off!!!!!!

I know it is hard to believe, but I CAN'T WAIT  Cheesy CAN'T WAIT  Cheesy CAN'T WAIT  Cheesy CAN'T WAIT  Cheesy CAN'T WAIT  Cheesy CAN'T WAIT  Cheesy CAN'T WAIT  Cheesy CAN'T WAIT  Cheesy CAN'T WAIT  Cheesy CAN'T WAIT  Cheesy CAN'T WAIT  Cheesy CAN'T WAIT  Cheesy CAN'T WAIT  Cheesy CAN'T WAIT  Cheesy CAN'T WAIT  Cheesy CAN'T WAIT  Cheesy CAN'T WAIT  Cheesy CAN'T WAIT  Cheesy CAN'T WAIT  Cheesy CAN'T WAIT  Cheesy CAN'T WAIT  Cheesy CAN'T WAIT  Cheesy

See ya'll in Spearfish!  MAN, I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have one of those cooler for long trips... mine has hard liner inside, but will hold quite a bit and sits right on  the back seat and neatly in between the arm rests... just take a bungee to hold in place..

If Im going overnight. the cooler always goes.. that way I have tasty beverages during the day.. and some  adult beverages once we get to the hotel...... That way you don't have to seach them out one you get where you are going.. I also have several travel flasks fill with EXTRA adult beverages so I m prepared for all needs... Makers, Blantons, stuff you need to relax after a hard day in the saddle.... Wink
