1) I love my wife even more for going on this 3,500 mile adventure with me.
2) Oss has a soft spot in his heart for small furry animals.
3) It is possible to go over mountain passes in CO. in pouring rain, sleet, zero visibility (as long as you have a couple GREAT riding partners)
4) There are gobs of great people in this club and I wish I could have had the time to talk to all of them.
5) We made new friends that will hopefully have for the rest of our days.
6) BonS can do a carb synch in minutes (can't wait to get home and try mine out)
7) It's going to be really hard to be an A-hole to people on this board now that I've met them. (But I think I can still do it)  Roll Eyes
Cool I'm thinking of next years Inzane already.

Had a GREAT time, everybody get home safe  cooldude

If I could add to your list?
- Putting faces to names/handles is great. I still remember the looks on some faces as they found out who I am. Priceless.
- You can enter a pretty much stock Valkyrie into the bike show and win.
- Ground zero is the place to stay and be (no exceptions).
- Read up on your post history before heading to the event.  I had many people tell me that they like to read my posts. Best to know or remember what you actually post.
- There are an in infininant number of ways to customize a Valkyrie. I spent quite a while looking,  taking pictures,  and getting ideas.
- However weird or odd you think I am,  at least I didn't have a mannequin strapped to the back of my bike.
- And lastly, I learned that I will never miss going to InZane again.. ever!

Brother, I looked for you a couple of times - people kept saying, "Yes, he is here - just saw him over there - wait, no, he isnt there any more."  Were we able to meet?

Here's more  -
- Don't park your mildly custom bike near the show bikes while tinkering on it or there will be people standing around it looking for the entry tag # so they might vote on it when it's not entered!  Even if it's not been toweled off from the rain.
- You can enter baked goods into the auction and if it's for charity, folks will bid astonishing amounts for your homemade pies.  That's up to $250 maybe more for a pie.  Similar bids for like a dozen pies.
- Our VRCC brethren are incredibly helpful and will give ya the shirt off their back.  I had a charging problem and not the right tools to fix it. Scott gave me his multimeter and never asked for it back while I used it, found & fixed the problem, then took me awhile to find him to give it back!   Had all kinds of tool and help offers, as well as lots of advice and quiries if I got it fixed.  It was like a family member was sick and they were going to see she got better ASAP!  Also got a wrench loan to fit the following on my gas cap:
- A guy named Clint makes really groovy leather goods. I'll add his link after I find it.  Here's my gas cap cover:

I saw you a couple times, but you were deep in conversation and I didn't want to interrupt. I kept thinking I would get a chance later. Next year I'm going to barge right in  Wink Glad you made it back safe & sound.

Grin I didn't think you were odd at all, even if you would of had a fake girlfriend on the back of your bike. It was nice to meet you. cooldude
