Of all the places we have traveled on this vacation Ouray, CO and Moab Ut are my favorites. Next time, I will skip the rest. Might just head to Moab for a week next year, and make a side trip to Ouray!!

Looks like fun, Jeff. Is that the granddaughter? I'm sure she loved it too! Is that your jeep or a rental. I know, I know. Lots of questions but inquiring minds want to know-or at least I do.  Wink

Rental Jeep. We had a blast. Joanne said "we got lost in the desert" but I knew where I wanted to go, and knew were I came from (kinda)  but the trail eluded me.  We did find our way out.

cooldude  I just have to get to Moab every summer.  Love the southwestern feel, warm temps and natural beauty.  Great riding too!  And Ouray, the Switzerland of America, is stunningly beautiful.  I still don't like parking my bike on their Main Street, it's more like Main Mountain.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I've long wondered where St. George and the Dragon ended up.

They used to be outside an English owned software company here in metro Atlanta.

Company went tango-uniform and the sculpture disappeared.

This is from 2003 I think

Uh Oh it's a different set.

Unlikely they made any drastic modifications to the sculptures to change their stances.
