And hundreds of 'em sharing the roads I know like the back of my hand.  To dammed much fun.  Yum!  Pork good!  Went out two up today and was devouring entire groups, couples, solo riders.  Hitting the twisties one handed and leaning hard into the curves, obviously psyching some of them right out!  Amazing that an 18 year old bike (manufactured October 1996)  can consume whole groups of modern, expensive bikes that don't want to be eaten.  We did come upon one couple on Hwy. 92, the bike was fast and the rider accomplished.  We had ourselves a good time!  Adding to the fun, last night I put on my Valkyrie patched vest and rode to their bike contest to vote for a friend's 98 Fat Boy (friend said that took balls).   Parked in front of the cop dispatch office a block from main, just in case.  There were lots of dirty looks and lots of good looking bikes but none as cool looking as the Valkyrie in my opinion.  Definitely none with engines that looked as bad to the bone.

What did I learn today?  A Valkyrie is considered a legend for a reason!  And, double darkside works very well with proper tires that are properly inflated.  Never once did I worry about my tires giving out, and we were testing the hell out of of 'em
today.

Just saw their motto for this years really is, "Kickin' it, old school".  For me today it was,  "Kickin' azz, on an old school bike".   2funny

Harley Joe and DDT was there yesterday not sure if they are still  Undecided  Bruce rides a Black / Silver Tourer by the time he gets home ( Alabama )  he should be all over 500,000 miles.

Didn't realize he was coming through our small town in the Rockies, but I guess with 500,000 miles that bike has been through most of the small towns in this great nation!
