Why would anyone shave a cow like that?

Man, I cant say enough of how special I hope this weekend is going to be!  The oldest grandson use to wear a bike helmet and I would drive him around and around his old neighborhood on the tank of Shadowfax (my first Valk).

To where now it is 10 years later and he can ride on the back of Traveller.....

Well, got him geared up - a very, very proud moment for me.

Got him and I matching riding sunglasses and tomorrow morning, I am picking him up for a 600 mile or so 2 day ride up into Mississippi.  MAN, this is going to be special for me - since Bonnie doesnt ride, I have never had blood family to share the wind with me.  Got permission from his Mom and Dad to take him.  So, the plan is to see how he digs a couple of 300 mile days and then branch out!

Got a larger cooler for the back so he can have some rehydration since it is wicked hot.  Got him some swim trunks since a dip in a hotel pool might sound good after a day of riding.  Have a route mapped out that will be a lot of 2 lanes, good places to eat (did someone say EAT) and getting a room reserved tonight.

Of all the miles I have done - these can be the MOST SPECIAL for me!
