I am checking to see where you guys that have radios on a std or tour, where do you park your remote? I am thinking on the handle bars, if so what is out there to make it happen. I tried Velcro on the tank bib but the sun heated that up and it would not be still.

Thanks in advance for the help.

I originally used this product to hold the remote for my stereo in the Woody's fairing. It works very well and should do what you want. It is not like hook and loop Velcro, but both sides are identical and it grips very well.

I have replaced the original remote with a marine wired remote that had a screw mount on the back. It wasn't the stuff above, it worked very well, I just wanted a larger remote with fewer non essential buttons.

I used a Ram mount and velcro to mount my remote.  I'll post some pics this evening.

Pics.....

I also made a mount for an led to shine over it so I could see it at night.  Used a scrap piece of aluminum and bought one of those blue led license tag bolt/lights.

Very similar to the way I mounted mine.
