I'm right there with you brother! Some strain of flu knocked me on my ass this week. Water, orange juice, and coffee and I can barely taste any of them.

Besides water, my two go-to drinks are cranberry juice (fruity, not real sweet, no sugar or calories), and lemonade (tarty, sweet and full of sugar and calories).  Both in a glass crammed full of ice.  Any sugar stimulant is avoided in the hours before sleep, lest I not sleep.  

There's Dos Equis beer in the basement fridge if I'm feeling adventurous.

And there's some very nice single malts and Irish whisky under the kitchen sink, that is mostly just aging away (which doesn't actually happen in glass).

I got a text from my son in Alabama this past week displaying Apple Canadian Club mixed with Ocean Spray cranberry juice. I was gifted some Jack Apple and the wife should have some cranberry juice when I need to take some time to partake.
