There's been a video circulating of a young lady ranting about how the government is/not handling the war with ISIS and attacks in our country.
One of my very good friends received the following opinion on that rant from a relative and forwarded it to me.
The writer is 25 years old. I have several thoughts about it but I'd like to see what some of you folks think and how you might respond to it either in agreement of or not. I never engage in discussions or arguments involving politics and I know many of you are way smarter than I am in that area.

Just playing devil's advocate:
I can't help but notice she focuses her concerns on the recent ISIS inspired shootings (5 marine casualties). Where were her comments during the Charleston shooting with 9 casualties (6/8/15), or the Washington shooting with 13 casualties (9/16/13) or the Newtown shooting with 27 casualties consisting mainly of first graders? None of these were ISIS inspired. None of these were related to foreign terror. Her comments here stem from a script handed to her by Fox News in a politically timed exploitation of an event that could have been neither predicted nor prevented. Her "solution" to this problem is sending a B1 Bomber to "put the fear of God in their desert." I'm not sure where she has been the last 14 years (of her short 22 years on this planet) but that is precisely what we've been doing in Iraq/Afghanistan in what has turned out to be the longest war in U.S. history--with a combined total of 6,847 United States service member casualties. What on Earth does bombing Iraq have to do with stopping lone wolf attacks in our homeland? How does that stop someone from becoming radicalized within our own country or through the internet? If anything, every militant (or civilian) we kill has many more friends and family who garner hatred, pick up arms and use the death of their loved one as a rallying cry against America and against Christianity. She clearly has no understanding of the complexities of modern/guerrilla warfare and how difficult it is to decipher militants from civilians, strongholds from households, and terrorists from innocent children. Her remarks about telling someone "very close to her heart" that they are safer in the Middle East than they are back home is an abhorrent overstatement and a slap in the face to every soldier fighting his/her way to come back home. Shame on her. This "Obama-shredding-rant" is nothing but click-bait and is a perfect example of how the brazen ignorance of the GOP has been killing the party's foundations and why the best odds of a presidential nominee currently land in favor of a celebrity reality television personality. I still consider myself a republican, but the chances of my vote being red in 2016 are slim to none.
Your friend is a tool spewing BS by passing along a misinformation email. Whomever wrote that is not nor has ever been a right winger, or even a moderate.
She doesnt work for Fox. That takes about .03 seconds to find out.
We are not sending B1's into Afganistan. Right, wrong, or indifferent, we are not engaged in all out war there.
She never mentioned bombing Iraq. She mentioned bombing Isis. We do a little of that now. If we did a full BUFF strike when ever and where ever that flag flew, I am of the opinion that there would be fewer of them at this point.
Soldiers dont fight to come home.
