I took off at 8:00 to meet up with folks at Tellico Plains Tn at 11:30... I
tried to navigate some new-to-me North Georgia roads to enable me to miss
Murphy NC. I got to ride on some new roads, but still ended up in Murphy
I was sort of the first to get to Tellico Plains... Patrick from Maryville was there at the
shed on his Valkyrie, but he had no idea that a bunch more Valkyries were about
to show up.
The rest of the crowd showed up, Smokin' Joe, Gordon, Larry, Wimp and Hal47...

Patrick split off before we got into North Carolina and we rode on 60 and 180
in North Georgia and ended up staying at the Days Inn on Warwoman road in Clayton.
Stanley Steamer was in the area and somehow facebook and cellphones
enabled him to know where we were, so he stopped by for a while...
