They did not have to say it,, their record proved it, but that is up to opinion also.   . I was not trying to change what he said,, I merely summarized since I had to do it in a hurry here at work!

I think you are right. IF there wasn't a constitutional amendment banning a third term I think he would be reelected AGAIN. But it's all meaningless because there IS an amendment.
