Yes Daniel, but the rear of your Dragon has been apart so many times I'm surprised it does not come apart on its own...   Grin

Don't talk to me about getting going in the morning.  It's after 11 AM and I'm writing this in my pajamas...

Sounds familiar. I'm an early riser myself, usually up at the crack of noon. Grin  My routine is after the usual BR call, it's coffee and something akin to food stuffed down my gullet, during which I take a handful of meds that keeps five doctor's kids in college.  Angry  Then it's the highlight of my day, I sit and drink my coffee while watching the squirrels try to climb the pole to the bird feeder. I grease it about once a week, creates hours of amusement. I really piss them off by spreading a few seeds on the ground just to give them an idea of what's above, except they can never get to it.  Evil

Amen & God Bless! Doc jus' told me less than a year ago that's what's goin' on with my feet, back, neck.... Seems to be comin' on rather quickly too. Says Celebrex is the strongest thing he can give me & not to supplement with any other nsaid. Startin' to worry 'bout how long I'm gonna be able to keep on ridin ???

I wake up at 0500 (typically) without the alarm clock, after the alarm, I get ready for work (shower shave, dress) , feed cats (4), take my morning glucose reading (usually 100-130), take my morning drugs and supplements (including 2 naproxom Sodiums (AKA Aleve) - anything else OTC is candy to me (i.e doesn't work)).  By the time I get to work (about 45-60 minutes on either bike or car), I'm about ready to take on the day, Weekends - I don't have to goto work, but the rest of the routine is still there - just a little later (I'm usually able to sleep in until 0700).

Getting older sucks - but it beats the alternative....

Funny but back trouble only when I am working never when I ride.   Roll Eyes   True, really

John, that's like when Sherry and I were downtown Jackson Hole. Spent about 45 minutes at a 4 way intersection with solid black ice. The salt truck killed that excitement eventually.  No crashes though.

A good pee at 5:00 am a good poo at six. Problem is I do not get up until 7:00

I have been retired for over 6 years and still wake up by 5 or 5:30. I do not need to , but all the years doing it is hard to change. It is after 11 o:clock and I will still be up early.

All the weird hours I ran while driving truck I can exit the bed anytime I need to. I have noticed though that right around the 6 or 7 hour mark in the sack I generally get up no matter WHEN the alarm may be set. And this gitin old crapola ain't fer wimps!  Roll Eyes RIDE SAFE.
