Headed to Robbinsville Monday for a quick trip. Will be running deals gap, hell bender 28, Cherohala , moonshiners 28. Got a question on a road. How good is hwy 360 that runs off off 441 and carries you back toward Telico?

I really like 360. 68 out of Tellico Plains is good too, and it carries you towards North Georgia  cooldude

28 is covered with tar snakes...

It is the part of 28 that runs from South Carolina up to North Carolina, not the part
that runs to Deals Gap. The two sections are separated by a stretch of four-lane mountain
highway...

I think we will run 68. Haven't run it. Thanks for the heads up.  I've run moonshiners 28 several times. Adding hwy 360 and 68 to my route.
thanks, David

If you go down to Georgia on 68 and still need more good roads, they're there...

60 is a good road...

Hey David, funny you should ask about those roads. Yesterday I ran Knoxville, Tn. to Highlands, Nc. (Dragon, Moonshiner, 64 into Highlands). Met some new friends outta Greer Sc. comin' to do their first ever pass on The Dragon soooooo............. turned around & ran 'em all again!! Still wasn't enough when we got to Chilhowee Lake on the Tn. side sooooo........... ran The Dragon a third time (Grin) then we split up at the Dragons Den. They headed back to Greer, Sc. & I ran Cherohala & 360 back up outta Tellico.
Moral of this story............. there's a couple of pot holes in the middle of the street on the 'Shiner between Franklin, Nc. & Smoky Mtn. Xprswy (nothin' earthshattering) & other than that, it's all clean & green!! Not even much sand or gravel in the turns. Rock On Brother, enjoy the ride!
P.S. If you need an updated report, I'll gladly go run it again for ya 2day! Jus' holla 2funny
