The first question was pretty specific to the Donald. The question about Trump calling women inappropriate names wasn't second. It was much further along. I don't remember exactly how far but there were several other questions before that one. And it was specific to him because he's the one that said it.

I gotta admit though, I loved Trumps response to the "you declared bankruptcy" question, if it was a question and not just a dig.

It went something like "Alot of people declared bankruptcy in Atlantic City, I made alot of money in Atlantic City.  The country owes 19 TRILLION dollars! We need someone like me!"
