To be good, and to do good, is all we have to do.

I will be riding from Colorado to Fargo, ND. Whenever I visit a new city I like to try to meet VRCC folk. I also look for good places to ride around the area.

I will be there from Aug. 17th-22nd. Let me know if you are in the area and would like to meet up for a ride or dinner. Or any suggestions for rides events would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Josh

recently saw an article about a dairy queen across the river from fargo that per a decades old contract is able to serve menu items that are not approved by current corporate guidelines...

" MOORHEAD, Minn. — The Dairy Queen in downtown Moorhead has been thumbing its nose at corporate HQ pretty much since it opened in 1949, despite some efforts from the home office to have the store mind its Ds and Qs....."

Marge: Okay, so we got a trooper pulls someone over, we got a shooting. These folks drive by, there's a high-speed pursuit, ends here, and then this execution-type deal.
Lou: Yah.
Marge: I'd be very surprised if our suspect was from Brainerd.
Lou: Yah!
Marge: And I'll tell you what, from his footprint he looks like a big fella...

Sugar beets, lots of sugar beets growing tall right now around Fargo. Not much else to say about riding around Fargo. All you can eat tacos at Mango on Tuesdays, not that good but the price is cheep.

Sugar Beets. Lots of them.

Enjoy,

If you go northwest a little you can visit the Ronald Reagan Minuteman Missile site.
