The Watusi are superior, they won the dance-off with the way far-est cool dance moves... I know this makes me a racist and a bigot and all kinds of evil things... Dude, you crack me up!

Sometimes it's good too let some steam out......lest it simmer
If a small spark starts a big fire it's the fuel to blame not the spark Whoa! That's deep, Dan. Would you attribute that depth to your much learning or just to your racially superior genetics? So here's a question for us. An expert has declared that racism is believing that a race (or ethnic group) is physically, intellectually or morally inferior. Are the pygmies physically inferior to the much taller (on the average, of course) Watusi? If so, are the folks that are unable to acknowledge that somehow more brilliant than others or just mentally myopic? Don't you have a German-Choctaw pride rally to get to?

View from an "outsider" (as opposed to an "insider" who has been active on this message board)... Valkyrie owner/rider for 15 years; VRCC member for about half of that; attended first Inzane just this year (fantastic); started viewing the General message board after returning from Spearfish, thinking I'd like to see what else was up with members from other parts of the continent that we'd met. Pretty cool to hear about and see pics of rides in areas usually out of my reach, follow threads like "favorite photos", etc. or ride blogs and other interesting stuff....but I have to say I was a little surprised to find topics such as this, carried to the extreme it has been on a motorcycle site. Through my extensive work travel and riding into the US as well as here in Canada, I've met folks of all political stripes, religions, and views on the state of our cultures, and have always managed to agree, disagree, or even agree to disagree on a particular topic without name-calling or disrespecting that individual....I believe others have posted in this thread that differences are what makes the world and relationships interesting, and I couldn't agree more! My co-pilot and I met a lot of very cool people this June at Inzane, and very much enjoyed how friendly everyone was and accepting of "newbies" such as us to the event. I'm sure there were some that hold views that I will never accept - and vice versa I'm sure, but the point is that all the Valkyrie riders we met seemed like great folks regardless, and we were able to enjoy their company. I'm not sure I agree that too many "Lefties" (or "Righties" for that matter) on this site will destroy the VRCC, or that just because an individual holds strong personal beliefs with respect to politics or religion that he is a bigot or racist either. Would be a shame to have this message board implode just because some choose to instigate for the sake of instigating, and others choose to retailiate for the sake of retaiating, and neither can just accept the fact that others have the right to hold different views and just move on. Darn, I told the co-pilot I wouldn't engage in these types of conversations....just couldn't help myself I guess

Maybe I'm a minority here but I don't easily get upset. Esp about most stuff posted here. Would I have a drink with daddy-o? Sure as long as he buys. Will our paths ever cross? Doubtful as I hope not to be in Cali. Id have a drink with anyone from this club. Petty stuff never bothers me to hate someone, esp on the internet. What matters to me is what I think, not anyone else. If I cared I wouldn't have tattoos. What I don't understand is all this politic and religion talk. Ive been to a lot of VRCC get togethers and I have yet to hear anyone set around and talk politics and religion. Why is that? ??? Anyone know any good cracker jokes?

The thing about jokes, or humor in general, is that it's all based on a truth.
And the problem with that is, that some people (especially a lot on the left it seems) just can't seem to handle the truth....unless it's their version. Thus, they're perpetually offended.

Here is what I think is the biggest lesson to be learned from this post. If you don't like this post, there are plenty of others to choose from, close this one and don't come back to it if it ruffles your feathers. If you resort to name calling, or what ever, expect to receive the same back. Don't call for banning, don't run crying to the moderators because Billy called you a dodo head, just don't read 4 pages of this garbage and then take offense.
By the way, I had a ball at IZ15 as well.

Well said and well observed, crow. Our friend, BF, spoke correctly but he left out one important singular possessive. We speak and joke from our own perception of truth. We do well to remind ourselves often that ours is not the only view and to use our speech and even our joking so that it is not only acceptable (and receivable) by those of our own view. It's not an easy assignment, is it?

Willow and Crow are correct about the truth but that is what this whole thread is about.
Is it true that The Muslim religion teaches them to kill infidels, Truth.
Are there passages in the Koran that teach peace, truth.
But its that last chapter when Mohamed was conquering the world that counts according to the Koran.
Should we be upset that they kill people in inhuman ways, Yes.
Should there be acceptance of this in any form, NO
The Muslims think it was Ishmael not Issac that God will bless and received the linage. Ishmael was not Abraham's first born Hager was a concubine.
Sarah was Abraham's wife and this was the true blood line for Jesus. They were the line to inherit the promises of God. Sarah was jealous of Hagar and had Abraham send her away into the desert. But God did not let Hagar or her son die in the desert.
Muslims do revere Abraham as father.
So this is truth, this is what this whole thing is actually about. In today's terms it could be broken down to any 2 families rivalry. But the liberals don't even understand that this is what the truth is and what by continuing to argue are really arguing about.
Proverbs 8:36 But he who sins against me injures himself; All those who hate me love death."
The radical Muslims for lack of a better term, love death, there is no other way for them. But all who read the Koran are told this is the way to go. Regardless if they act upon it, that is why we see the rejoice of the hardships of the US including death and destruction. The veneer cannot hide the true intent of the heart. Are all Muslims this way NO but this is what is taught and this is what is felt.
This is why there will be no change, no acceptance , no love by those who truly embrace the Koran.
NO amount of training wild animals will get them to totally accept humans. No, Muslims are not animals but there is an ingrained way all are made that is our nature. We cannot be at peace and go against our God given nature forever. Just like the founders said we were given rights by God not man they understood the deep things that could not be explained by politics or psych or anything man has made.
John 18:38 "What is truth?" Pilate asked. Then he went out again to the people and told them, "He is not guilty of any crime.
When Jesus was in front of Pilate he asked Jesus that question. Pilates wife knew in her heart and was afraid, she knew that there were greater things happening than what it looked like and asked Pilate to bow out. He did not do it, but was left with what is truth.
We see God work every day and we don't understand the true significance of what is happening What is the truth.
In the age of knowledge we are in when man exalts himself above everything in the universe and science is supposed to have all the answers this is no less a religion than any other. Men who turn from God and don't know the truth cling to knowledge without understanding tooth and nail.

So we all complain about having to be PC, yet, we are now back to preaching that we now have to be PC. So if we don't want to offend anyone we just need to keep our mouths shut. That might be a good idea, it would make the world a quieter place.

Perfect response Robert, hard to nit pick that logic. Faith and logic are not necessarily the same thing.

Radical Muslims have faith and will die when logic tells them not to.
So Faith and logic are indeed sometimes not the same.
How are those without faith going to understand those with faith?
Since logic will never understand faith but faith does understand logic.
It was not logical to form this country but men in faith with the power of God did indeed just that.
It was not logical that anyone would blow up a NY sky scraper but in two attempts the second was successful by faith.
It was not logical that Iran should have a nuclear program but by faith they keep it going looking towards the coming of their messiah.

I'm sure there have been plenty of the Christian faith who fought for our country who died when logic told them not to. A person who is not a believer can still understand a person of faith. I would say it was indeed logical to form this country. It was in their best interest. Which doesn't mean it's any less brave or noble but it did make sense. As far as Iran being illogical in acquiring nuclear weapons. I don't know. I think if our sworn enemy had nuclear weapons it would only be logical for us to acquire them also. Doesn't make it right, but it's understandable.

And another one goes on the ignore list. But who claims he is an old bearded white guy that lives in the clouds? That my be your perception of him. Everyone has their own version of how he may look. You will never know until you get to heaven. Well in your case you will just never know.

That oh-so-superior attitude of "I'm going to heaven and you're not." Oh bite me.
