Not 100% confirmed but very likely former on air reporter (And disgruntled ex-employee) Bryce Williams (Real name Vester Lee Flanagan).
He was posting on Facebook and Twitter trying to justify his actions and posted a video he evidently took, but both accounts have been suspended.

From a picture just shown as the possible shooter, this may be an instance of black on white violence. This may not last long then. And it appears that the person has just shot himself.

I can't believe how close he was to them and how long he was there before he started shooting without them being aware of his presence. A Little Situational Awareness could've went a long way here. |

This asswipe is not much different than the guy that killed those folks in the SC church, different agenda but, same idiotic crap. Had they used a bomb, this would only be news for a day or so. |

Sad thing that happened. Sure is a race/hate crime in my view.
See how they found him. Highway Patrol was recording the plates of vehicles that passed by. When she entered his plate number into the computer it alerted the vehicle passed by several minutes before. Great system, but what about all the travels of the general public being recorded for later analysis. I am glad it helped in this case but Government will abuse the system on innocent citizens. I don't like the cameras everywhere and data mining machines as well. To much chance for abuse without regulation.
