I am in Edison NJ and going to Boston in the morning. Need help with route to keep traffic and BAD roads to a minimum. Map shows options, but I'm not firmiliar with local issues Thanks Don... toll roads ok...

84 east to mSsmpike (84 ends at 90 which is mass puke)

I-84E ends in Sturbridge, MA, goes right into the pike, I-90 and you want to go east.

Yes, 84 to the Pike is probably the best option. You could take 95 all the way up, but NY can get messy. What brings you to beautiful Massachusetts?

On android hard to see keys

Other if you go up 287 while in nj  exit north on 87 there is e xit for 84 east crosses hudson At newburgh

Or take 87 south cross tz bridge at nyack take exit on right saw mill pkwy North to end 684 north to 84 which is less miles but maybe more traffic
Dont take during rush hour tho
At night 95 is quicker. Either way avoids nyc
