Been there, not fun at all. Hit the interstate in corbin ky, made it almost to lexington before I was sick enough to pull over. Puked several times then continued on. Made it just across the river from louisville and had to stop for gas/puke. Then continued home. Total trip was 222 miles in 3 hours. Was home in bed before my wife was even up.
