Saw a Black and Yellow Valk in Huntsville, Al. today. Who could that be?

Santa besides mine I know of 2 others but only see them about once a year so I don't think they are ridden a lot. I don't know if they are actually from Huntsville or not but have seen 2 or could have been 1 with two different riders.
