Yes kids you read that correctly. Read the info from the links below and decide for yourself.

It's a 200 word essay and a $200 entry fee. I'm seriously considering letting my 15 yr old daughter write my essay, she's always been a good writer w a great imagination and vocabulary.

If you enter, good luck.

Sounds to me like one of those deals where they can't sell it so, they are hoping to get enough entries to make it worth while giving it away.      I'm almost interested enough to go to the realtor sites and see how long it's been on the market, what they are asking for it and other pertinent stuff.

Yeah, almost interested enough.   Good luck with your entry.

Makes one wonder why it won't sell on the market? $$$! Beautiful home but the expenses and upkeep could be something. Heating and cooling alone may be a killer.

Mike: That would be something to let your daughter try this. WTHey, you would never know and if she won it maybe she might let you store your bike there?

I'm wondering if for this raffle to come to fruition, there is a minimum number of entries required and if not raffled off, are the entries and money returned to the participants who entered?

I didn't notice any such side note or notification.    I've seen this done on car forums but there was always a minimum number of entries required or the raffle was null and void.   If such a caveat is not noted, then the seller is taking one heck of a risk.    Then again, they may just want to get rid of it.

The rules clearly state that 2000 entries are required, and states what will happen if that number is not received.

First link in the opening post stated $199.00 for the entry fee. That's where I came up with my figure. ONLY a 2 G difference!  2funny RIDE SAFE.
