was cleaning headlight lens on my truck with lens restore stuff, anyway got a brain flash,,,if it cleans a lens and did not  hurt it how about chrome...had some burned boot heel on exhaust ....so why not try it....it works pretty darn good removing burned on stuff..doesn't harm the chrome at all...also removes stains and other tiny  marks,,,,I just thought I would pass it on

Fort Walton Beach, Florida I'm a simple man, I like pretty, dark haired woman and breakfast food.

Wonder how that stuff would work on a scuffed up windshield.

I have restored some pretty awful windshields with Novus - NOVUS 7100 Plastic Polish Kit - 8 oz.
this kit has all three compounds included. #3 should not be needed very often as it is a radical strong compound. Also our factory windshields have a coating that can be removed by aggressive cleaning with #2 compound. Novus #1 is mild and has great cleaning properties.
