My son just stopped by to let me know that he is going to our bank to sign loan papers(as this is putting a hurt on sons wallet). He said my grandson just told him that( He deploys close to Syrian border 1st of Oct.) He was just advised to buy what toilet paper & other toiletries he may need for this six month stint - as the military had removed equipment and supplies and that he would have to take these things with him. Don't we buy toilet paper for the prisoners at gitmo?? How are we gonna survive these idiots in our government...
I helped advise my grandsons decision to join the military. Now I am praying he survives to come back home!! I read, on the net, that the Army is pulling all the Patriots out of southern Turkey in Oct...that oughta make that area much safer!

When my son went to Afghanistan in 2009, I recall he had to furnish much of his own personal items. However, TP was not one of them....that sucks

We get the government we elect and deserve. More important to support the priority "social agenda" than our troops in the field I have to assume. |
