No affiliation, yada, yada.....

Order was shipped on 9/4/15 and records indicate it was delivered (left at my front door) on 9/9/15. I've had things delivered to neighbors in error before, and they've always brought them to us, even things as inconsequential as magazines. There's been no trace of this box. I called Partzilla and they are replacing the parts free of charge, including shipping. That's great customer support in my book.

That's cool of them and something to keep in mind. I've used Partzilla on several occasions in the past and think they do a good job overall.

maybe you should split the cost with them since it aint partzilla's fault the delivery people screwed up..then they will think you are one of their best customers and will take care of you in the future

If anyone should offer to split the cost with them (or pay for the entire amount) it's the USPS. If they are stupid enough to deliver to the wrong address, or to leave it out in plain site where it can be stolen, that's on them, not me. I guarantee that box would've fit in one of the two the locked, large post boxes available for these types of items for our cul-de-sac. That they chose not to use it is baffling.

I recently ordered a cover set from partially. At the checkout, there were no shipping options. I finished the order, and called. I wanted next day. They said they could do it, but it's not a option on the site.  Shipping was $25. They were great, found the order and shipped it overnight that day. So if you want next day call.
