They are Super Bright LED Fog Lights by ADV Monster, they work great  cooldude

no I meant above them and sticking out at 90 degrees, unless my eyes are playing a trick on me

in your pic the end of it is just blocking the front of the side cover from view

 It is Nicks highway peg. The turn signals are ity bitty and mounted to the faring.
