Has anyone had issues with loosing antifreeze out through the cap during long rides? Just did 70 miles this morning and I noticed a leak at the radiator cap around the 40 mile marker. I let the bike cool and unscrewed the set screw and removed the cap to see if it was a threading issue. The cap appeared to be fine and I then reinstalled it. Did another 30 and noticed it again, this time with a little steam coming from under the cap. Do the caps go bad?

I don't think the caps go bad, at least not in the years of the Valkyrie.  That has happened usually after someone has forced a cap off maybe not loosening the set screw.  Many have had the experience and fixed it by just attempting to repair the bends and seal that result from the cap and the neck on the radiator to which the cap should seal.
