There is still life left when you are pushing seven decades.  Thanks, Oss.  Hoser

Two observations: First, it's comforting to know that there are still towns where you  can stand in the middle of the street at 10:30 in the morning and know that you won't get run over.
Second, when the Chinese restaurant is called "Chinese Restaurant" you know that you are in a one horse town in the middle of Kansas...or Nebraska...or Iowa...or ? Undecided
Neat town, neat place, Toto.  Maybe a post-retirement visit is in order to Garnett. cooldude

Me and Mrs. Scooperhsd are both KU graduates, and yes - we rode in Lawrence and the surrounding area while we were there.  It's also where I determined that I would never again drink alcoholic beverages and ride .
