Have added a new one to the stable, swapped my cafe ride for this 85 Goldwing LTD, couldn't help myself, she has only 23000 miles and looks like it was just ridden off the showroom floor. The guy I got it from was the second owner and took such good care of it, even drained the oil and gas and put it on stands each winter. He said he was getting too old to ride, but his son wanted my cafe, thus I ended up with it.
She runs and rides great, although there was/is a couple things that needed attention, injectors were a bit sluggish (low speed hesitation), ran a can of B-12 Chemtool through a couple of tanks of gas, problem solved, the only other thing I have found is the air ride system doesn't function (EEE codes showing) but I can air up front and rear manually so it appears I have a problem with the elect. connections, will tackle that problem later.
Of course I still have my IS check out the photos, would you have traded?

Nice looking Harley Jess: Actually it is an TD fuel injected model which performs great now after I got them cleaned out due to not much activity over the years, as we know that is an enemy of most things mechanical.

I would have traded, It's a 30 year old bike that looks brand new and I'll bet drive like a dream. I'm envious.
