After 4 months of rehab and recovery from the latest back surgery, very happy to have charged up the battery and jumped on the Valk to blow out the cobwebs today on a 60 mile jaunt around the city.  My back is a little sore afterwards but it's just a matter of time before I can ride normal distances again.  Took about a mile to blow out the carbs and it's running like new, although a very dusty, dirty new.

Very happy indeed!

Glad you've healed up just fine, happy return.

If you are riding  and it is a must that you keep your eyes on the road, you are riding too fast.

60 miles isn't going to cover the trip to Fredericksburg, so no, not uncancelling.  It's amazing to me how long it takes to recover from these things.  Honestly, I had no intention of riding for a few more weeks - it was just too nice a day and when I started her up to keep the carbs clean, she asked me to take her for a ride.  I'm happy I did.  But not taking any trips yet.
