I picked up a bottle at Wally world, of that DuPont stuff, "never wet, or all dry  or something like that, forget the name sorry. anyhow, spray it on your boots and let dry, spray again and dry.  7,000 miles later, no wet feet.  I've been through some torrential downfalls and it works.  Wink
