Deridder, Louisiana

« on: October 19, 2015, 03:39:15 PM »

Wx perfect so I decided to get some wind, and did 4 wheel style.  Put the top down on the Jag and headed for East Texas from Louisiana.  That is Deridder La to Huntington Tx.   Saw a shining black Valk in Jasper for sale, didn't stop, but she was a beauty from the road.   Don't know anyone from here in Jasper, but could be.  There its Valk related.  Had a super lunch at Dean's in Huntington, if you ain't done that you should, its worth the ride.  Trees are beginning to change, and scenery was awesome.   By the time I got back home I had hugely enjoyed myself.

Yesterday, I woke up to 37oF and after it reached 50o, I went for a ride along the river.  Today, it reached 75o but I only got on the Valk for some errands.
We are not getting much fall color, the conditions have been to dry...
