That’s the advice of Alaska-based climatologist Brian Brettschneider, who mapped out a 365-day route around North America that would take travelers along major highways to places where the daily high is on average 70 degrees.

The weather data is based on the climate almanac published by the National Center for Environmental Information and Environment Canada.

The route is about 13,000 miles, though it doesn’t hit every state. “Logistically I could have hit every state, but the math behind it would be a road trip where, to keep you in 70-degree temperatures, you travel 200 miles an hour breaking laws.” Take a look at the route:
