A good reminder of our recent history with the Clinton's......
 
If you're under 50 you really need to read this. If you’re over 50, you lived through it, so share it with those under 50. Amazing to me how much I had forgotten!
 
When Bill Clinton was president, he allowed Hillary to assume authority over a health care reform.  Even after threats and intimidation, she couldn’t even get a vote in a democratic controlled congress.  This fiasco cost the American taxpayers about $13 million in cost for studies, promotion, and other efforts.
 
Then President Clinton gave Hillary authority over selecting a female attorney general.  Her first two selections were Zoe Baird and Kimba Wood – both were forced to withdraw their names from consideration.  Next she chose Janet Reno – husband Bill described her selection as “my worst mistake.”  Some may not remember that Reno made the decision to gas David Koresh and the Branch Davidian religious sect in Waco, Texas resulting in dozens of deaths of women and children.
Husband Bill allowed Hillary to make recommendations for the head of the Civil Rights Commission.  Lani Guanier was her selection.  When a little probing led to the discovery of Ms. Guanier’s radical views, her name had to be withdrawn from consideration.
 

Apparently a slow learner, husband Bill allowed Hillary to make some more recommendations.  She chose former law partners Web Hubbel for the Justice Department, Vince Foster for the White House staff, and William Kennedy for the Treasury Department.  Her selections went well: Hubbel went to prison, Foster (presumably) committed suicide, and Kennedy was forced to resign.
Many younger voters will have no knowledge of “Travel gate.”  Hillary wanted to award unfettered travel contracts to Clinton friend Harry Thompson – and the White House Travel Office refused to comply.  She managed to have them reported to the FBI and fired.  This ruined their reputations, cost them their jobs, and caused a thirty-six month investigation. Only one employee, Billy Dale, was charged with a crime, and that of the enormous crime of mixing personal and White House funds. A jury acquitted him of any crime in less than two hours.
Still not convinced of her ineptness,  Big Bill allowed Hillary  to recommend a close Clinton friend, Craig Livingstone, for the position of Director of White House security. When Livingstone was investigated for the improper access of about 900 FBI files of Clinton enemies (Filegate) and the widespread use of drugs by White House staff, suddenly Hillary and the president denied even knowing Livingstone, and of course, denied knowledge of drug use in the White House.  Following this debacle, the FBI closed its White House Liaison Office after more than thirty years of service to seven presidents.
Next, when women started coming forward with allegations of sexual harassment and rape by Bill Clinton, Hillary was put in charge of the “bimbo eruption” and scandal defense.  One of her more notable decisions in the debacle was:
She urged her husband not to settle the Paula Jones lawsuit.  After the Starr investigation they settled with Ms. Jones.
She refused to release the Whitewater documents, which led to the appointment of Ken Starr as Special Prosecutor. After $80 million dollars of taxpayer money was spent, Starr's investigation led to Monica Lewinsky, which led to Bill lying about and later admitting his affairs.
 

Hillary’s devious game plan resulted in Bill losing his license to practice law for 'lying under oath' to a grand jury and then his subsequent impeachment by the House of Representatives.
 

Hillary avoided indictment for perjury and obstruction of justice during the Starr investigation by repeating, “I do not recall,” “I have no recollection,” and “I don’t know” a total of 56 times while under oath.
After leaving the White House, Hillary was forced to return an estimated $200,000 in White House furniture, china, and artwork that she had stolen.
What a swell party – ready for another four or eight year of this type low-life mess?
Now we are exposed to the destruction of possibly incriminating emails while Hillary was Secretary of State and the “pay to play” schemes of the Clinton Foundation – we have no idea what shoe will fall next.  But to her loyal fans - “what difference does it make?”

Mr. Schmidt, I always find you pieces very well informed and spot on, you did not let me down with this piece.   What a trip down memory lane, remember every one incident you brought up and you only touched the surface.  I had never heard about Bill saying Janet Reno was his worst mistake and I find this most amusing as her sole purpose was to ride shotgun and use the justice dept. to keep the wolves at bay, and to this end she did a marvelous job.  Her handling at Ruby Ridge was every bit as good as Waco.

Years go by but some things never change.  The world found out yesterday that old pal Sydney Blumenthal who was suppose to be persona non grada from specific instructions of Pres O had her ear all the time, but poor Chris Stevens who had sent 600 requests for an increase of security due to the fact that Benghazi had turned into a training ground for Al Quaeda went ignored.

 1-James McDougal - Clinton's convicted Whitewater partner died of an apparent heart attack, while in solitary confinement. He was a key witness in Ken Starr's investigation.
 2 -Mary Mahoney - A former White House intern was murdered July 1997 at a Starbucks Coffee Shop in Georgetown . The murder happened just after she was to go public with her story of sexual harassment in the White House.
 3- Vince Foster - Former White House counselor, and colleague of Hillary Clinton at Little Rock's Rose Law firm. Died of a gunshot wound to the head, ruled a suicide.
 4- Ron Brown - Secretary of Commerce and former DNC Chairman.  Reported to have died by impact in a plane crash. A pathologist close to the investigation reported that there was a hole in the top of Brown's skull resembling a gunshot wound. At the time of his death Brown was being investigated, and spoke publicly of his willingness to cut a deal with prosecutors. The rest of the people on the plane also died. Afew days later the air Traffic controller commited suicide.
 5- C. Victor Raiser II- Raiser, a major player in the Clinton fund raising organization died in a private plane crash in July 1992
 6-Paul Tulley - Democratic National Committee Political Director found dead in a hotel room in Little Rock, September 1992. Described by Clinton as a "Dear friend and trusted advisor".
 7-Ed Willey - Clinton fund raiser, found dead November 1993 deep in the woods in VA of a gunshot wound to the head. Ruled a suicide. Ed Willey died on the same day his wife Kathleen Willey claimed Bill Clinton groped her in the oval office in the White House. Ed Willey was involved in several Clinton fund raising events.
 8-Jerry Parks - Head of Clinton's gubernatorial security team in Little Rock . Gunned down in his car at a deserted intersection outside Little Rock . Park's son said his father was building a dossier on Clinton . He allegedly threatened to reveal this information. After he died the files were mysteriously removed from his house.
 9-James Bunch -  Died from a gunshot suicide. It was reported that he had a "Black Book" of people which contained names of influential people who visited  prostitutes in Texas and Arkansas ..
 10-James Wilson - Was found dead in May 1993 from an apparent hanging suicide. He wasreported to have ties to Whitewater.
 11-Kathy Ferguson -  Ex-wife of Arkansas Trooper Danny Ferguson, was found dead in May 1994, in her living room with a gunshot to her head.  It was ruled a suicide even though there were several packed suitcases, as if she were going somewhere. Danny Ferguson was a co-defendant  along with Bill Clinton in the Paula Jones lawsuit. Kathy Ferguson was a possible corroborating witness for Paula Jones.
 12-Bill Shelton - Arkansas State Trooper and fiancee of Kathy Ferguson. Critical of the suicide ruling of his fiancee, he was found dead in June, 1994 of a gunshot wound also ruled a suicide at the grave site of his fiancee.
 13-Gandy Baugh - Attorney for Clinton's friend Dan Lassater, died by jumping out a window of a tall building January, 1994. His client was a convicted drug distributor.
 14-Florence Martin - Accountant & sub-contractor for the CIA, was related to the Barry Seal Mena Airport drug smuggling case. He died of three gunshot wounds.
 15- Suzanne Coleman - Reportedly had an affair with Clinton when he was Arkansas Attorney General. Died of a gunshot wound to the back of the head, ruled a "suicide." Was pregnant at the time of her death.
 16-Paula Grober - Clinton's speech interpreter for the deaf from 1978 until her death December 9, 1992. She died in a one car accident.
 17-Danny Casolaro - Investigative reporter. Investigating Mena Airport and Arkansas Development Finance Authority. He slit his wrists, apparently, in the middle of his investigation.
 18- Paul Wilcher - Attorney investigating corruption at Mena Airport with Casolaro and the 1980 "October Surprise" was found dead on a toilet June 22, 1993 in his Washington DC apartment. Had delivered a report to Janet Reno 3 weeks before his death. 
 19-Jon Parnell Walker - Whitewater investigator for Resolution Trust Corp.  Jumped to his death from his Arlington, Virginia apartment balcony August15, 1993. He was investigating the Morgan Guaranty scandal.
 20-Barbara Wise - Commerce Department staffer. Worked closely with Ron Brown and John Huang. Cause of death unknown. Died November 29, 1996.  Her bruised, nude body was found locked in her office at the Department of Commerce.
 21-Charles Meissner - Assistant Secretary of Commerce who gave John Huang special security clearance, died shortly thereafter in a small plane crash.
 22-Dr. Stanley Heard - Chairman of the National Chiropractic Health Care Advisory Committee died with his attorney Steve Dickson in a small plane crash. Dr. Heard, in addition to serving on Clinton 's advisory council personally treated Clinton 's mother, stepfather and brother.
 23-Barry Seal - Drug running pilot out of Mena Arkansas, death was no accident.

 25-Stanley Huggins - Investigated Madison Guaranty. His death was a purported suicide and his report was never released.
 26- Hershell Friday - Attorney and Clinton fund raiser died March 1, 1994 when his plane exploded.
 27-Kevin Ives & Don Henry - Known as "The boys on the track" case. Reports say the boys may have stumbled upon the Mena Arkansas airport drug operation. A controversial case, the initial report of death said, due to falling asleep on railroad tracks. Later reports claim the 2  boys had been slain before being placed on the tracks. Many linked to the case died before their testimony could come before a Grand Jury.

   What little I saw and heard yesterday merely confirmed for me that Hillary thinks she's made of Teflon just like Bill. And she could be right. Whoever the republican nominee turns out to be, will have a big hammer to pound her into the ground. It also confirmed my thoughts about Obama and his willingness to mislead in order to win an election.   Can I take it from your statement that it doesn't bother you that Hillary knew the day of the death of an Ambassador and 3 other it was a terrorist attack and not due to a video but willingly sent out Susan Rice to spread the lie? Can I also take it that you believe that after 600 requests for additional security, Hillary, who says Stevens was a good friend, never provided any additional security in one of the most dangerous parts of the entire world? Jeepers CA.  Reading this brought back a flood of memories from the early to mid 90s.  I studied this profusely back then and was aware of everything you posted.   The key word is Mena and Bill was their stooge as it all operated in his state.  Park o Meter sent the guns to Nicaragua, cocaine was sent back in the planes sometimes dropping their shipments on close friends of Bill's ranches, I forget some of the names but one was related to him.   By the way for all the Libs here I will throw you a bone.  Oliver North was a key player in this ongoing operation ( I forget his fake name ) but I do remember one.  Code name Bill Johnston  who later became an Attorney General under George the first real name William Barr.  In 1987 Bill attended a meeting he was told not to go to.  The above players were there and others. The director of the Arkansas Finance and Development Company was with bill, I think it was Larry Nichols.  They only wanted Bill to provide Arkansas cover and stay out of their affairs but he wanted more.  After much shouting and demands by Bill back and forth with the key players this Bill Johnston told Bill just keep your mouth shut and be a good boy and we will put you on a short list to run for President.  

I better stop now this is uncomfortable.

His semi-auto rifle and standard capacity magazine bans (That Hillary has advocated re-implementing in even more heinous form) were what converted me initially to a single issue reluctant Republican voting libertarian into a Republican leaning on most issues libertarian than I am today.

Let me make sure I understand.  There's the appearance of gross incompetence by the administration resulting in the death of an ambassador and several other Americans happening just before the reelection of the administration.  A story is concocted by someone blaming it all on a movie that was disrespectful of Islam and the story was repeated by several administration officials, apparently to try and cover up the incompetence and not jeopardize reelection.  An investigation is held to try and determine who concocted the story and was there more to this than the appearance of incompetence and cover up.  A former administration official who was in a position to be able to answer those questions stalls giving answers, and ultimately thwarts investigators (which makes me wonder also about the competence of the investigators) and that's considered a win-win?  Do the Dems not want to know who made up the movie lie and authorized its release?  You're ok that no one is held accountable?  Please explain how this is all well, ok.

I am absolutely serious in my views and comments. Not here to stir the pot, but I suppose that's what you'll call it when every comment I make is met with 5-10 from your side of the fence.    Let's be totally accurate. We don't believe she lied for 11 hours. We know that the Democratic committee members received equal time and lead to at least 5 and a half hours of kiss ass and suck up. The lie that we now know she told and supported repeatedly was all I needed to hear. She is not trustworthy and leaves me to wonder what else is hiding and yet to be uncovered. To her credit, she is as polished a liar as I have ever witnessed. Maybe that should be at the top of our list of traits to be our commander in chief. I am not sure if you are serious in your views and comments or if you just want to stir the pot. Hillary did well under pressure but I think some cracks are starting to develop. She walked away an unscathed liar.

You are driving a position that Republicans are incompetent, that the Republican candidates are clowns and that many who us will spend at least the next 8 years in turmoil over Hillary/Bernie. You write your remarks with such glee it's like the kid on the playground taunting the other kids because his side is winning. You are like a paid commentator on tv, you (they) would support Hillary if there was tape of her in bed with Putin and a goat and she was wearing a strap-on. If your son had died in the attack on the compound wouldn't you want to know the facts about what happened? The reason you get the 5-10 comebacks is that you never acknowledge the cracks in her armor. She was proved to be a liar to the point of telling one of the family members that she was going to get the person who produced the video that caused the attack. I guess you can reconcile that behavior as acceptable for our next commander in chief. You're hearing what you want to hear. I never said all R's are incompetent. I said those on the hearing committee were buffoons and the ones on the campaign are clowns. How is that any different from all the vitriol thrown at the Dems? I suppose that's alright. 99% of the comments made by you guys toward Obama are slams, alot of it childish. It's apparent you don't like any of it coming back your way. I make a concerted effort to never 'attack' a member of this forum. I'll respond to a comment, voicing my opinion.
