Self-Certification of Compliance

I was at the pharmacy today and noticed this certificate.



It’s a Self-Certification of Compliance and was hereby awarded to XXXXXX.

IANAL, so maybe that why I don’t understand the verbiage. They awarded themselves a certificate of compliance?  Man! If that’s kosher, I’m about to have a boat load of awards.

Not sure, but bet that is the result of one of those on-line training courses.  VA wasted some months of my time (collectively), making me take all sorts of foolishness on-line.  I had to print out the completion certificates to prove that I wasted my time.  I didn't frame any of them (choke), I round filed them.
