She should be required to wear that while driving. If she is not wearing it, it would only be logical to assume the woman driving the car without the strainer must have stole the car.

That is a really a good point. Generally if you are shown wearing glasses on your license, generally means you need to wear them while driving, so that SHOULD apply to the strainer.

I just renewed my drivers license in Colorado this year and even though I'm required to wear glasses while driving they made me take them off when they took my picture. Maybe I'm prettier with them off

Glasses mess up the computerized facial recognition software, that's why you generally have to take them off for identification photos now...
