I don't have a picture however it has been done plenty of times. Simply pick up a set of IS rear fender struts and IS trunk with brackets on eBad and your in.

Yes, exactly what sheffjs said. My brother put one on his tourer and painted it to match. Green/cream looks good. When you change fender struts out do one side at a time. It's a pain if you remove both.

Here's another way to go.  I like the leather/studded old school look that these Mustang pieces yielded.  The saddlebags are the same size as OEM and I believe the trunk is as well.  Easily holds 2 full face helmets and assorted other stuff.

The way I installed the trunk allowed me to position it so the passenger can have more room.  It can be moved forward and back depending upon the passenger's comfort.  Also allows for easy removal for storage if you don't need it.  No rails to swap out either.

Looks like NYS twy just west of Tappan Zee Bridge (cause of the merge sign in background)

Then again I dont see the passenger arm rests

Great eye Evan!  That's exactly the spot.  Nope, no arm rests.  And no lights built into the trunk.  But she don't look too concerned......

I put one on my 98 Tourer in 1999 when the first wrecked Interstate showed up at my dealer's garage. I gave $150 for the trunk with all hardware(no damage)...wish I could have bought a dozen at that price! I also bought the fuel tank for $100( no damage) and the saddlebags for $100( 1 scratched/cracked)

This is how the bike looks now...
