Along with not being able to begin to comprehend how long the editing took-I was a bit scared of how many of hose movies I recognized cause I've seen them.  cooldude While the music was not quite my taste the splicing was frikkin awesome!  Wink RIDE SAFE.

Incredibly clever.  Especially enjoyed seeing Ginger Rogers when she was young and vibrant and one hell of a dancer.  I was a friend of hers when I lived in Palm Desert, CA.  She spent the winters in Rancho Mirage, CA ( next door city ) and talked so lovingly of her summer home in Medford, OR.  True sweetheart of a woman.  By the time I knew her she was confined to a wheelchair due to a paralyzing stroke.  Just did not seem right.

Remember reading something she said long ago where the interviewers were talking about her being the partner of the great Fred Astaire and all the difficult footwork he was doing.  She said something like.."I had to do all those same steps and moves.....BACKWARDS....and in HEELS !!  Cracked me up !!

Amazing dancing and showmanship!
My mom was of that era and in show business. She, in her later years, actually dated Fred Astaire for a bit.

No kidding.  Now how cool is that.  Truly a golden era for Hollywood the likes we shall never see again.

Not my kind of music, I never heard that "tune" before, but it made it fun to watch. Actually towards the end, I didn't even realize it was playing.
Thanks again, think I'll watch it some more cooldude
