Can someone tell me what the differences are between the (Standard & Tourer) & the Interstate besides the 4 holes drilled for the tach & speedo & the wire cable guides ? Will an Interstate fit on a Standard without any modifications ?  Thanks

Correct, all are the same, just the holes are missing on the I/S version as you mentioned. The wire guides for the Std. are chrome, the Tourer are not.
