Wow Can you believe it's January 2016 already !!!!!  angel

Our own Scott took this photo years ago Back in 2007 IICR...
Of Highbinders' Black & Red sitting on a sand bed in the middle of the South Canadian River...

Note it's sinking... Shocked

Maybe HB will chime with the rest of  the story... angel Evil coolsmiley

LOL!  I was there that day and I remember clearly that it was nothing like January.  Well, maybe an August day in Oklahoma is what we want to think about in January.

Not to worry

I am sure you could tow him out with the Beast

Oss, I was shocked to see 'Binder take that Intestate into the bed.  I don't think the Beast would have had any business getting anywhere near where that picture was taken.  Incidentally, I didn't take my Valkyrie down there.  If I remember correctly I was on one of Scott's four wheeled toys.

Good memories, Tracy.  Nice pic.

I remember that day very well, getting down that embankment was easy until you got to the 2 ft. drop off... Sad...it was right at that point that I realized I had made a terrible mistake....Scott was already down there on a v-strom, decides he wants a picture of this...I get off and start walking around looking to see how the hell am I going to get out of here.. Grin...then I notice the rear wheel is sinking in the sand bar and the only way out is the same way I came.. Angry...I figured the safest way out was to just get Scott to ride it out of there.. cooldude...well decided I couldn't do that and figured if I just hit that drop off at the right speed the front end would pop up and I could gas it over...dammed if it didn't work... cooldude cooldude cooldude

Ha ha.  I had a great time.  I'm guessing it was a really tense time for 'Binder that felt really good when it was behind him.  That drop off, btw, was around eighteen inches straight vertical.

He did a good job on it.   cooldude
