I think they are out of business, but, someone did find the people who got the company stuff. I have no idea who they were, but, there was a post on them just a couple months ago. Try going back to the first page, and search motosens, both here and the tech page. You'll find it cooldude

I want the share a reasonable priced setup, but when I went to their web site and looked at the prices, I almost vapor locked. What I paid $22, is now $70 I have had these on my bike since about 2004, with no issues, still original and work fine.

Motosens has been sold to somebody else. The new owner is pretty slow in answering messages (understatement). It sometimes takes months to hear from this guy, if at all. He is apparently not very keen on selling.
Joop Angelier in the Netherlands has been able to trace him occasionally to fabricate his gear indicator, fuel gauge for the STD tank and blinker alarm http://www.joopangelier.nl/pagina3eng.html
Nice thing about it, is that the shape, color and lighting of the dials are identical to the Honda ones.
I am pretty sure that if you are interested in Motosens gauges, Joop has the most recent experience in dealing with this new owner mail@joopangelier.nl

I'm the same way. I really like your fairing setup. Are they the same gauges?

Yes they are the same, I just went from full windshield to a fairing setup.  The round dots above the three gauges are the light indicators, for turn, neutral and highs, also design a fool proof turn signal,(If you don't see it working, then you should not be riding on this bike) works in direct sun light.
