I purchases a pair of saddlebag rail for IS , I don't remember the manufacturer's name , so any help would be appreciated, or if anybody have one and would like to sell to me , let's me know .....

Aftermarket ones are on e bay for less than 300 bucks usually. Thata where mine my dads and my brothers all came from.

I have not seen rails that bolt right to the bag sidewalls.  If you go over hard enough, those rails often will just tear out the bolt mounts right from the bag ABS.  More for protecting paint from glancing blows than hard falls.
