I realize your question is very much tongue-in-cheek Dave, but for 1998 Valk with only 16 miles, I think it's a bargain - NOT!!!!!
Since the poster didn't spell Valkyrie correctly, let's give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he misspelled the price also.

Hmmmm....maybe I should get off my duff and get mine sold. I want to move it and would take $3995. I just had to put a new battery in it. It costs nothing to use CL. Let's see if I actually do that.

Ya Rich, I've had pretty good luck with CL. Just remember no test rides without cash in hand. I would let them take it on a 10 minute test ride and if they didn't want it and returned it to me in the same condition I would give them there money back.

I have never bought a bike doing that, but seems like a reasonable idea. Heck, I have never put a boat in the water before I purchased.
