speaking of man caves, yesterday my wife was looking online and found only about 20 miles away from where we live in the country a VERY NICE updated 2 bedroom, 1 bath farm house fully redone VERY nicely with 75 acres, 25 of those woods with 2 small ponds and a small pig type barn but also a 30x50' pole barn for storage with 1 mile of trout stream running thru property as well. PERFECT for when my 2 kids are outta the house in 5 more years or so.
Dream come true, smaller house good for 2-3 people fully redone nicely inside, with land for fishing and hunting just enough for us is all and plenty of storage for toys.
However, it also came with 4-5 HUGE flower/plant buildings that the older owners want to sell since for 25+ years was a greenhouse/flower shop that wants the new owners to take over the well established and profitable business.
ONLY issue is they want 450K - DARN IT!
The house is guessing worth 120K tops, just don't feel like the 75 acrews of land with stream/2 ponds/huge storage building is worth the extra 300K unless willing to make a profitable turn key flower/greenhouse retail business again.
