My last ride two years ago was because I had an argument with my wife. So I went out alone for a ride to the Or. coast, About 80 miles through the mountains. I never made it due to a low speed crash on frost in a shaded corner. If she was with me she would have gotten injured and I decided to sell. Haven't ridden since. Some times I do start to go stir crazy an go out to my woodshop and start another project.

WUZ pondering this very question on the ride back home today. Most of the banks agreed on mid 60s for a temperature partly cloudy breezy and low humidity. Roads dry and dusty and next to NO wildlife out and about. Today M/Cs were out in DROVES. What is IT in a riders make up that it's not so much the calendar for when we ride but what THAT days weather is? I've had people that don't ride have never ridden and probably never will ride ask me to splain it to them!  Lips Sealed I have failed miserably for about 57 years to attempt to splain the WHY of it and I CAN NOT. Has ANYBODY splained why we ride to ANYONE successfully-EVER?? We as riders KNOW why WE ride BUT I am not good at splainin it. IF I've EVER had a bad ride I DO NOT recollect it. And I've been broken down huge gobs of miles from B F E and out in the middle of no where!  2funny Today all of us were geared up for Cold weather and we were sitting inside a warm Church. I KNOW this morning at 30 Degrees F and 80 M P H the wind chill is DEADLY BUT I'm still here. Hellz bellz-maybe we ARE half a bubble off plumb!  2funny I will say this though-on the way home me and Phatt Ghurl were hardwired to one another.  cooldude We KNEW zackly how much lean and how much throttle to git the blood pumpin but avoid the pain. Come to think bout it-Phatt Ghurl and I git hardwired a LOT when we are out! THAT be a good thing I'm guessin! RIDE SAFE.
