At this point what difference does it make. I wonder if she would still say something like that today.

The last hearing proved just how deceitful and what a liar she is. Lets see if she tries to continue to lie her way out of this.

As Carly said, she is more fit for the big house than the White House.

The clinton criminal empire needs to come to an end. Its long past time.

If anyone else's husband had an affair with an intern, and lied about it, that person would be fired, prosecuted, and probably would never find another job.

Its just being reported there are now 1600 classified emails in possession and that its been found the administration has more that they are refusing to release.

When Hillary is shackled from head to toe... will Bill be turned on by her for the first time?  He's into some weird stuff.

She is already opposing it

The Clinton campaign downplayed the announcement as an example of "bureaucratic infighting" and "over-classification run amok" in a statement on Friday.

"We firmly oppose the complete blocking of the release of these emails," the statement said.

Hmmmmmm in a former life LONG ago and FAR away my very limited dealings with classified material keeps me wondering about HRC.
She is VERY specific in the words she uses to describe her dealings with these emails.  I have never heard her say anything other than "I never sent
or received any emails marked "Classified".  (Not an EXACT quote but pretty close)  I have never heard anyone ask her if she ever sent or received any emails or documents over her private server that were specifically marked "Confidential", "Secret" or "Top Secret".  In my very limited experience being marked "Classified" is a tad different than being marked C, S or TS.  We often used folders and locked file cabinets that were marked "Classified" that contained C, S and TS documents.  No individual document I ever dealt with was marked "Classified" - it always had a specific classification C, S or TS CLEARLY marked on it.

I could be confused on this but it appears to me HRC is being very specific in her wording and is playing a word games each time she describes this.  It sounds like a VERY fine line of legal distinction that is being ignored or overlooked by anyone who interviews her on this subject.

Like I said this was long ago and far away and my memory could be a little off but I would still like to have her ask her directly if any of those emails she claims were not marked "classified" may have been marked C, S or TS instead.

The fact she erased everything on her server prior to this investigation tells me she was trying to hide something. Take her out back and hang her.

1)  She's a lawyer.
2)  She's married to Slick Willie, you know, the guy that never had sex with that woman causing the world to try and figure out what the definition of a blow job was and how it differed from having sex.
Obviously, Bill is advising her.

3)  She worked for Obama.

4)  Nuff said.   She's a liar, cheat and has only two things in mind, power and money.

In the USAF Jag, we were involved in a number of classified material compromises.  None were as bad, or as much, or as long as hers, and everyone got punished, to one degree or another.

I carried no higher than a secret clearance: and ended up having to stay overnight at work several times with Secret materials on my desk; when the safe got locked before it could go in there at the end of the day.  You can't take it home, you can't lock it in your desk or hide it in ceiling, it has to stay with you... at work.  If they catch you doing a work-around, they cut your nuts off.  The underlying materials were irrelevant, only the classification was relevant.  If you can't follow security procedures, then why have them?

If the FBI report says indict, and the AG doesn't, the AG better have a better explanation than... hey, we're all Democrats here, no big deal.  Next we'll be hearing that classification of materials is just part of a vast Right Wing conspiracy.

There is a news article going around that says Zero's recent remarks about her are supposed to be code words to her that he's got the AG's promise she will not indict already locked up.

There has been a continuous leak of  information on her emails for about 3 months now.  First a drip and now the damn may be about to break.  Catherine Herridge  has done a very good job of investigative journalism and putting this together.  It is coming out of the FBI itself.  There are 100 full time agents and 50 part time on this case and it is serious,  very serious.  FBI would not commit this kind of man power unless they know something is there and want action.  Now the leaks are going everywhere.  Why?  Because they want enough pressure to come down on the O Justice Dept. that they will accept the indictment referral that Comey is going to offer.  For josh sakes lame stream media, wake the f*** up and do what you are supposed to do and get your lips off her fat ass.   tickedoff

Just my opinion but I have been following this and connecting the dots is not to hard.

   R.H.I.P

I had a Secret clearance some years ago and two of us had to drive to the Flight Center at Huntsville Alabama to test a Secret classification military radio. We were not to let that radio out of our sight. That was Secret, not Top Secret and beyond.

Bilary Hilary could very easily get away with it if Obama's Justice Department refuses to prosecute.
Keep in mind that many did not think that Obama would get a second term.  The ones out there, on the dole, and the do nothing Republicans probably won't do anything but talk.

It's a shame the state this country is in. If you are a hi position democrat you could get away with murder. Nothing will ever come of the e-mail scandal or any other wrong doings by Hillary. The drive by media and other democrats will cover up for her and protect her, after all she is the next chosen one.

Former secretary of state Hillary Clinton insists she did nothing wrong by running all of her government communications, including classified material, through her unsecured, home-brewed computer server. Perhaps she’s forgotten one of her husband’s final acts in the Oval Office: issuing a presidential pardon to former CIA director John Deutch. Deutch’s offense? Keeping classified material on unsecured home computers. The pardon came just as Deutch was reportedly going to cop a plea with the Justice Department.

Deutch headed the CIA from May 1995 to December 1996. Several days after he left the agency, classified material was discovered on a government-owned computer at his house in Bethesda, Md. Additionally, unsecured classified magnetic media were found in the study. According to the CIA inspector general’s report, the computer had been “designated for unclassified use only.” Unlike the current administration’s six-month delay in obtaining Clinton’s computer, the feds moved almost immediately in the Deutch case. Within ten days of discovering the errant material, they retrieved the hard drive from Deutch’s computer. A formal security investigation was opened within a month. Notice that the government didn’t let Deutch’s lawyer pick and choose which e-mail communications to turn over. Rather, a “technical exploitation team, consisting of personnel expert in data recovery, retrieved the data from Deutch’s unclassified magnetic media and computers.” As the investigation progressed, the IG discovered that Deutch had “continuously processed classified information on government-owned desktop computers configured for unclassified use during his tenure as DCI [director, CIA] [and that] . . . these unclassified computers were located in [his] Bethesda, Maryland and Belmont, Massachusetts residences, his offices in the Old Executive Office Building, and at CIA Headquarters.” Notice that the government didn’t let Deutch’s lawyer pick and choose which e-mail communications to turn over. The computers, as configured and used, were “vulnerable to attacks by unauthorized persons.” The report stressed that “all [computers] were connected to or contained modems that allowed external connectivity to computer networks such as the Internet.” The information the security team retrieved from these computers included “Top Secret communications intelligence” as well as information on the “National Reconnaissance Program.” The IG criticized senior CIA officials for not taking appropriate action against Deutch when they were apprised of the results of the security investigation. That was one of the reasons the IG “initiated an independent investigation.” The Deutch IG report contains a useful discussion of federal laws that may be violated by handling classified material on a home computer. There’s 18 U.S.C. §793, which makes it a criminal offense “through gross negligence” to allow defense information “to be removed from its proper place of custody.” An unsecured personal computer is obviously not a “proper place of custody,” as John Deutch discovered. Note that no intentional misconduct is required; just gross negligence.

Nothing here. Move on.  Been hashed out before.  It is just those dastardly Republicans bringing up old accusations.  No big deal.

The fact she put Nat'l Security at risk, and the FBI believes it was probably hacked, disclosing Top Secret information, is just a Republican Sideshow!

Really?  Hmmm.....................

Actually, I find the silence deafening.   Unfortunately, they still vote and apparently don't care about the integrity of a candidate/potential Commander & Chief.    IF they did, Mrs. Clinton wouldn't even be a consideration.

My understanding is that there were identities of US spies contained within some of these classified above top secret emails.  That's putting American lives at risk for her "convenience".  Considering this, does anybody really think she is worthy of being at the helm of our country?

Remember Tom Delay, former member of House of Reps?  He issued a statement recently that said some close friends of his in the FBI have said they're ready to indict her. If that is squashed and she's not indicted, he said these members of the FBI are ready to go fully public on her with all the information needed to blow her out of the election race. Should be interesting for sure.

I believe that's next.

The congressional committee and FBI asked for the e-mails.  She had her staff and lawyers go through all of them and then turned over only a portion of them, in divided doses, and then deleted 30 thousand others that they didn't turn over.  Remember, she said something like they were between family and about a wedding and hundreds between her and Bill (then Bill later said that he's only ever sent two e-mails in his life).

Now think about this.............  Her staff and her lawyers (what kind of clearance Clarence do these people have to begin with) go through her e-mails, hundreds of which are deemed top of the line sensitive...... e-mails requiring passcodes, etc. to get into.  And all these people are able to peruse them all to see what they could turn over that may not hurt too bad.  And what about the 30 thousand they didn't hand over??  All these eyes on them too, and she "deleted" them.  Thank goodness nothing in e-mails ever goes away.  And even if they did, the sender or receiver of her e-mails on the other end would have information to hold against the would-be president anyway.

I think we're going to find out a lot more once the "deleted" e-mails are recovered and reviewed.  The ones she tried to disappear will be the ones to bring her down.
