On our way to dinner last night we encountered a wild life impact.  A very large coyote ran in front of our car and caused extensive damage to the left front. This is the third time the car has been damaged in the left front. We went to dinner. The meal was great. Cantonese , well served and excellently prepaired.  This morning , wife and I took the pickup to see if we could find the wily coyote.  Some how it went farther than I wanted to track it. I followed its tracks but could not believe that it could go that far as hard as it hit out car . The lower left side grill and valance is destroyed . There are deer whistles on the car. Maybe it came to the call of them (joke).
Because of a $1000.00 deductable , I wonder if we can write the dinner off as an expense as my wife is a lawyer.

Is your car or the whistles a product of the ACME corporation? Would explain a lot.

maybe you can drive it as is if had headlights, etc. awhile longer and get lucky like my neighbor did.  He let his about 1000 dollar damage scrap/dent go on his left upper back side of his SUV for over 1 year since cosmetic only and just this week while his wife was at work, he got lucky and another person at work hit the same panel having the other person's insurance company fix it all for free?

Best to eat home for awhile now?  Cry
